 I responded to an ad on Craigslist, Matt's wife responded within an hour that she would have Matt contact me regarding the job, and within a couple of hours I was on the phone with him. He was working on a large project for someone else but still made the time that evening to stop by and talk to me about what I needed. He understood that I was in a time crunch and was leaving town the following week, so he juggled his schedule and showed up with an apprentice the next business day, on time and ready to go. He's very efficient and works with precision. He helped me through every detail to make sure I would be happy with the final results. He accomplished the job that day, exceeding my expectations. He even came back on the weekend to help with additional work that I thought I could handle myself, he was there for two hours and didn't charge me for his time; I will use Matt and team for ALL future projects on my home, I'm beyond satisfied.

Accommodated special request incorporated into the project without delay of completion. Matt Hale kept me informed of cost and was able to make my vision for the project into reality.  Gonna do a rare thing, which is brag on a company. If you know me, I don't *Evah* praise up anything/ one I can attest to the quality of whatever. In this case, it's a contractor! I know! I can't help but play the scenes from "The money pit" in my head whenever I hear the phrase "home remodel/contractor" because everything is gonna take 2 weeks and cost twice the budget! Not with Hale's Precision Construction. I watch with the wary eye of a daughter, knowing any "2 weeks a la money pit" would be soundly scrubbed and sent packing by my not unskilled parents. Seriously though, they did a fabulous job of turning a cavernous unfinished basement into a smart 1-bedroom apartment capable of making less, mobile parents comfortable and their cats more windows to peek from.  Matt and his team totally refinished our basement and garage in our new accessible home. He listened to what we wanted and made excellent suggestions to the design and delivered a wonderful great room in our basement. He put in a full bathroom with storage and used nooks and crannies to make more storage under the stairs and in the enclosed utility room. His sensitivity to my husband's disability was always from of mind. The garage was insulated and dry walled. He built an accessible work bench and nook with a bench to hang wither coats and change boots. As if all of this wasn't enough, he did all of this on budget and on time. His estimate was 1/3 of what the big-name construction companies in the area had quoted, and he delivered everything that we needed and wanted. He came highly recommended to us from one of our neighbors and we gladly pass along the high recommendation to anyone who wants simple yet creative and solid solutions for your remodeling projects.
